This is one of my favorite snacks and thankfully it is ridiculously easy to make.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Tear off kale leaves into bite size pieces and put onto foil.
Spray lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle lightly with sea salt (or garlic salt or cajun seasoning, whatever you like!)
Bake at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes, or just until leaves are crunchy.
