1 c. raw almond meal (or process raw almonds into a powder with food processor)
1/2 c. cacao powder (but cocoa powder also works–even though cocoa isn’t raw)
1/8 tsp. sea salt
2 tbsp. honey
1/2 c. Medjool dates, packed (be sure to remove the pits)
1/4 c. raw walnuts, crushed
First, mix almond meal, cacao powder, and salt.
Second, add honey & dates. Mix well. (I have to use my hands to mix it up really well.)
Next, you can roll into balls, or line a loaf or square pan with wax paper & press mixture into pan. You can eat it right away or chill for firmer texture.
