Baked Apples


4 apples, cored

handful of walnuts,pecans and/or dried cranberries

1/4 c. brown sugar

2 tbsp. cinnamon

Once the apples are cored, place them in a baking dish.  Fill the center with the walnuts, pecans and/or dried cranberries.  Sprinkle cinnamon & brown sugar over tops of apples in core.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes.

A super simple, sweet delicious treat!

Serves 4.
